Eden Ghirmay

Research Assistant

Eden Ghirmay is a research assistant working with the Center for Advancing Health Outcomes on the VALHUE project, a quality improvement project that asses surgical patients and patients who have recently experienced a stroke. Eden’s experience with the project has affirmed her enthusiasm for growing her career in the filed of public health. Eden is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s of Science, Integrating in Public Health at UBC, and intends on continuing her studies in the healthcare field. Eden’s research interests range from healthcare systems transformation, health policy and digital healthcare strategies. Outside of work and school, Eden enjoys spending time with family and friends, going on hiking trails, and road trips.
